I work with adults who want to improve their quality of life and find a greater sense of personal well-being.  Common issues individuals address in therapy are depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship stress, and past trauma.  I work with you to set goals, and then assist you in taking measurable and concrete actions to attain those goals.

     So many people sacrificed for me to be here – I feel a lot of pressure.  Unlike many of my peers, I don’t have a safety net if I don’t succeed.  I work myself to the bone, and meanwhile other parts of my life are falling by the wayside.  I know this isn't sustainable, but I don't know how to make a change.

Though some areas of my life are going well, I'm starting to panic that I haven't yet found my partner, especially as I see others around me settling down.  I'm dating but somehow things just don't seem to move forward.  I'm starting to worry that there's something wrong with me.
